On Wednesday evening, the 16^th October 2019, Enjabulweni High was proud to host its illustrious Honours Evening. What an outstanding event it was! The hall was filled to overflowing as learners from all grades were acknowledged and lauded for their academic and sporting excellence. It was a proud moment for parents to witness their offspring receive book prizes, certificates and trophies.

The chairperson of the Board of Governors addressed the audience, thanking and congratulating all the role players who consistently contribute to the success of the school’s most integral component, the learners. We were fortunate enough to have the eminent Mrs Sharon Maziya as guest speaker. Learners listened attentively as they were encouraged to push boundaries further and set their sights higher than before in order to fulfill their destinies.

The night ended on a very high note when the prefects for 2020 were announced. Learners were jubilant as Touhidul Mia and Natasha Dobah were announced as head boy and girl respectively.

There can be no doubt, Enjabulweni’s ethos is one of hard work, unity and focus. Educators and learners will continue to strive for higher standards of excellence in 2020 and beyond.
