Enjabulweni is a registered non-profit organisation run by a Board of Governors who manage and control the financial and legal elements of the school. They oordinate and oversee many of the projects that are implemented to ensure the efficient running of the school.
The BoG consists of members drawn from the Enjabulweni community of stakeholders and parents who bring a wealth of experience from the business, legal, academic and financial worlds.
The Board meets three times a year and is headed by Mr C. Paiva. The other members are Mr J. Rodrigues – legal, Mrs A Ryan – Secretary, Mr A. Mngomezulu – Finance, Prof C. Harford – Education, Dr J. Furvin – Education, Mr F. Sebuliba- Finance and Mr R. Young – Planning. These selfless individuals serve on the board without any remuneration and volunteer not only their time, but also their expertise for the benefit of the school and its learners.
Various sub-committees focus on specific areas of expertise to ensure that the school derives maximum benefit in all spheres. The Chairperson of the PTA, Mrs J. Thomas, aids them while the Head of School participates in the board meetings to ensure that there’s no disconnect between the BoG and the School.
